- Mr. Merschel’s expertise is in the financing, land acquisition, entitlement processing and civil design for residential and commercial projects. His experience includes Managing Partner of Monterey Development Group, Director of Forward Planning and Development of New Cities Development Group, Director of Finance and Planning for a large national builder and Vice President and Loan Officer for Security Pacific National Bank.
- Mr. Reeves has been in the real estate development and golf business for over 20 years, developing some of the finest luxury golf communities throughout the United States. Some of his past experience includes work on the development side of several Jack Nicklaus and Nicklaus Design courses, including Wynstone near Chicago and Pasadera Country Club in Monterey, California.
