What is the Lodge Home Guest Program?
The Lodge Home Guest Program allows the owner the flexibility of offering the Lodge Home for use by guests on a daily or longer basis. The owner has complete flexibility to use the Lodge Home as much or as little as they desire, subject to reasonable rules of notification necessary for the fair and efficient operation of the Lodge Home Guest Program.
Will Property owners have access to the Lake?
Yes. In addition to the property currently being transformed into homesites and a golf course, we also own two lakefront parcels less than 5 minutes from the site. Plans for this property include a 100 slip private marina, residential and other recreational amenities. The Club intends to offer Club boats and other watercraft for use by the members as well as offering a limited number of boat slips for lease.
How will the Idaho Club be different from other communities?
We like to say that The Idaho Club will offer a smarter way to own and enjoy a vacation home. The property’s two guardhouses offer the privacy one would expect at the finest communities, and you’ll find exquisite attention to detail in all aspects of maintenance and upkeep. However, the Lodge Home program will distinguish this community from the rest by bringing a level of activity to the community not typically found at a private vacation community. Our goal is to bring the fun back to the vacation home by offering an incomparable array of amenities – including a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, fitness area, tennis and sport courts, swimming pool and kids center, an array of programs from cooking and wine classes for adults to fishing classes for children and grandchildren, and a marina, Club boats and other lake activities – all with a dues structure less than what you would expect from such a club.
How will all these amenities be supported?
First of all, each owner of a homesite and Lodge Home will be given a Lake Club membership at closing and will pay reasonable monthly dues for use of all the amenities except the golf course. In addition, those who want unlimited and unrestricted access to the Nicklaus Signature golf course will have the opportunity to upgrade their Lake Club membership to a Signature Golf Membership. Finally, through our Lodge Home Guest Program, owners of Lodge Homes will have the option to rent their Lodge Homes through the Club. The combination of golf members, Lake Club members and Lodge Home guests along with other resort play should provide the support needed for the Club to offer such a complete variety of amenities.
What benefits do I receive from my Lake Club membership?
Lake Club members will have complete access to all club amenities, other than the golf course. In addition to the use of the fitness facilities, pool, tennis and sport courts, Lake Club members will also be offered member discounts on club services, all classes and programs, and food and beverage at all locations at The Idaho Club.
